Each of the students on the program has a primary supervisor with first-hand expertise of at least one of the major structural biology method. These supervisors are based in the University of Oxford, Diamond Light Source or the Rosalind Franklin Institute.
The expertise of these primary supervisors can be complemented by co-supervisors as part of a supervisory team. This can provide you with expertise in multiple structural biology methods. Alternatively, co-supervisors can be research team leaders from the University of Oxford who are not expert structural biologists, and provide you with insight into particular areas of biology. This allows you to build a team to support your research as your project develops.
